I have worked in HCL Technologies Ltd. IOMC division/Comnet so just wanted to post the designation hierarchy as I couldn't find it anywhere on the internet.
When you get selected in HCL, you get a band and a designation. Below is the hierarchy for it:

SPECIALIST/SHIFT LEAD E2.1
SENIOR SPECIALIST/TRACK LEAD/TECHNICAL LEAD E2.2
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST/MANAGER E2.3
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT/SENIOR MANAGER E3.1
CONSULTANT E3.2
SENIOR CONSULTANT E3.3
